Parties of 10 maximum per booking, no multiple bookings allowed.
1 hour 45 mins maximum sitting still applies. Please note due to restrictions you will not be able to have a drink before or after your reservation in the bar. Please arrive on time for your booking as we are limited to 1 hr 45 mins per sitting. Premises must be clear of all customers by 11.30pm.

Hartes of Kildare
A multi award wining Gastropub located in the heart of Kildare town just 5 minutes walk from Kildare Village outlets.
Hartes of Kildare was opened in 2009 by Paul Lenehan & Ronan Kinsella who also own & operate The Dew Drop Inn in Kill Co Kildare and Ashtons Gastropub in Clonskeagh Dublin 6. With over 40 years experience in hospitality between them Ronan & Paul first met when they worked together as part of the pre opening team at the Millrace Hotel in Bunclody.
Full of passion and drive for the industry, in 2005 they made the leap and went in to business for themselves. 13 years on and theirs is a friendship and business partnership that became family when Ronan married Paul’s sister.
With 7 children between them family is firmly at the heart of this business. Today their passion for the industry is as strong as it was in 2005 and together with their dedicated team they are constantly working on new ideas such as expanding their own range of craft beers and their cookery school while ensuring that they offer their staff a rewarding working environment and their customers a memorable dining experience.
Executive Head Chef – Barry Liscombe
Our Executive Head Chef Barry has been a key member of our team since 2008.Barry’s love of food started at a very early age. Growing up with a father who is a chef meant Barry was exposed to cooking as a young child. From the age of 15 his journey to becoming an award wining chef began when he started working after school and during the holidays in his Dad’s restaurant. Barry is a very hands on creative chef who gets excited by creating good food and encouraging his young aspiring chefs to follow their culinary dreams.
Our pub & restaurant are lovely but its our amazing staff that make us stand out.
