Parties of 6 maximum per booking, no multiple bookings allowed.
1 hour 45 mins maximum sitting still applies. Please note due to restrictions you will not be able to have a drink before or after your reservation in the bar. Please arrive on time for your booking as we are limited to 1 hr 45 mins per sitting. Premises must be clear of all customers by 11.30pm.

Senior Chef De Partie Required

The ideal candidate should:
- Have min 2 years exp at similar level in a quality restaurant.
- Haccp trained
- Knowledge and interest in Irish food culture and current trends.
- Ability to work on own initiative and take control of situations as the arise
- work in conjunction with head chef on the managing of all kitchen duties.
- Pastry and Bakery exp desirable.
